Refund policy
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
60 day Fur Free or Free guarantee
If your Shedless Pet Hair Glove does not lift the pet hair from your fabric within 60 days of delivery, email us with your order number and a short description or photo. We will refund you in full, and you can keep the gloves. No return needed.
30 days to return for any reason
Changed your mind? You can cancel and return your order for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Email support@shedlesshome.co.uk with your order number first and we will reply within 1 working day with return instructions. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us, and do not post items to our business address without contacting us.
- Please return items in the condition you received them and, where possible, in their original packaging. If an item has been handled more than needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
- Return postage for change of mind returns is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
We refund the full price you paid within 14 days of receiving the item back or receiving proof of postage, whichever is sooner. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you will not pay anything to sort it out. After 30 days you still have your legal rights for faulty goods.
Parcel not arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 8 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will check the tracking. If it is lost, we will resend it free of charge or refund you in full.
