Shipping Policy

We deliver to UK addresses only. Every order comes with a tracking number.

Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order, whatever you buy.

Delivery time
Your order is packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, then takes 3 to 5 working days to reach you. In total that is 4 to 8 working days for most orders. Your order ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse abroad, which is why it takes longer than next day shops. We would rather tell you the real time than promise something we cannot keep.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Wrong address?
If you spot a mistake in your delivery address, email support@shedlesshome.co.uk within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it before dispatch.

Late or missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 8 working days of dispatch, contact us. If it is lost, we will resend it free of charge or refund you in full.
